Our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality. For all items, we do our best to represent the actual color, size and overall appearance of the item. Due to the artisan nature of our soaps, every bar will have its own unique appearance, which may vary slightly in pattern, design, color and/or shape. The soap you receive may vary slightly form the photo shown. Fragrances and Scents are described based on information provided from our suppliers.
GIFT CARD PROGRAM
We are excited to offer Woodland Apothecary™ Gift Cards in the amounts of: $10.00, $20.00, $25.00, $30.00, $35.00, $40.00, $45.00 and $50.00.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we will offer Promotions or Discounts Coupon Codes. For each offer, specific details and terms will be provided. Only one Promotion or Discount Coupon Code per order will be accepted. Please refer to the Promotion or Discount Coupon Code details for specific guidelines about each offer and redemption instructions.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Please let us know if you have any problems placing your order. Payment is required upon checkout. At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and are working on accepting credit cards directly through the website.
SALES TAX POLICY
State laws require the we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: Illinois.
We do not charge sales tax on Gift Cards. When a Gift Card is used, applicable sales tax will be charged if shipped to the above state(s).
Shipping charges are determined by weight, size, distance, speed and a number of items. Be sure to read the details carefully. Don't forget to factor in the exchange rate for the shipping charges, as well as, for the cost of the merchandise. Additionally, you will most likely have an added charge for currency conversion.
CUSTOMS and DUTIES
You are considered the owner of record. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. All charges resulting from a shipment to Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser. For specific questions about customs and duties, please contact the Border Information Services during their business hours.
Shipping options are shown at checkout. We offer shipping via the US Postal Service or through UPS. We will not be able to expedite your order unless this option is chosen at checkout. Appropriate charges will apply.
Soap, Bath, Body and Cosmetic Products:
All soap, bath, body and cosmetic sales are final. Due to the personal nature of the item, we cannot refund, exchange or retune an item unless there was a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it. We do this for YOUR protection.
For all other products:
Please notify us within 5 business days and we will work to either get you a replacement or refund your payment. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
How Can I Get Soaps To Last Longer?
Soaps, particularly artisan soaps, will last longer if allowed to dry between uses. Try placing the soap on a draining soap dish or tray, away from water.
Are any of your fragrances Phthalate and Paraben free?
At Woodland Apothecary™ we use both Essential Oils and premium grade Fragrance Oils. All fragrance oils are Phthalate and Paraben free. We will note any exceptions on our product pages.
Are any of your products or ingredients test on animals?
Woodland Apothecary™ would never test any products or ingredients on any animal. We take extra steps to find suppliers for our ingredients that share the same love for animals, without animal testing.
What if I have an allergic reaction to your product?
We pride ourselves on using he highest quality, natural ingredients that we can find. However, if an allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately.
